SEESAW is a space for culture, community, work, art, wellbeing, coffee and food.

One of Manchester’s historic warehouses reimagined as a creative hub, workspace, cafe, events and exhibition space.

Open seven days a week, the cafe features carefully sourced single origin coffees.

No booking required – walks ups only – come and join us on the ground floor.

Cafe is open for all from Monday-Friday 9am – 4pm; Saturday-Sunday 10am – 4pm.

The creative heart of Manchester

A stone's throw from the Knowledge Corridor and ringfenced by Central Library, universities, startups and global businesses, we're at the epicentre of Manchester's burgeoning creative scene. But it's not all work, work, work — there are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and cafés also coming together to create the city's most exciting destination.

Oh, and we're just minutes from the transport hubs of Piccadilly and Oxford Road stations, which is handy.
