Serving super tasty specialty coffee, SEESAW’s cafe sits in the heart of the building offering a comfy communal space for some downtime.

House roaster Red Bank Coffee, based in the Lake District, provides stellar espresso and filter options which are changed up monthly to keep things fresh, as well as local roasters on guest espresso. We curate our coffee menu regularly, spotlighting roasters from across the UK and Europe, and offering a variety of roasts to try. To accompany your beverage, we also sell a range of snacks, pastries and seasonal bakes, bought in locally by Pomelo Bakes.

We are also home to RamYum, a South Korean street food vendor. Their menu takes inspiration from the vibrant flavours of Korean cooking, all made with their own twist.
